Changes Coming
Instead of Johnson Capital Management being the first company, we are redirecting our efforts to forming a Business Trust: The Kearsedge Boston Group.
A Business Trust is an organization that is operated like a corporation but is managed by a Trustee. In this case, we are hoping that Wells Fargo Bank will be the Trustee.
We have selected Wells Fargo Bank because Wells Fargo is recognized by the majority of business insiders as being the premier trust operator with exceptional degree of customer satisfaction in their private banking department, wealth management and for managing private assets.
The Kearsedge Boston Group is nearly ready to go and from this, we hope to spring off other companies and profit centers as the organization grows and achieves profitability targets.
